BioI recently decided to pack my bags yet again and migrate from Newton, Massachusetts to the state of Victoria in Australia. To my never-ending surprise, I actually made it over in one piece, hunkered down in Belmont for a few months, and then headed over to Melbourne to attend The University of Melbourne. Aside from that [rather large shift], life trundles on as usual: Writing, reading, drawing, and watching lots and lots of motion pictures.
Have not had the pleasure of discovering anything worthwhile yet [excepting how to add flavour to instant oatmeal], but I spend my time writing, doodling [see above], and obsessing over little things such as what exactly do people who plot to take over the world plan to do once everything has been destroyed ...?
Hopefully, sometime in 2011, I shall earn a Master in Cultural Material Conservation, which shall bring me closer to my dream of one day winding up somewhere within a museum. This is all nebulous at best at the moment, and who really knows what'll happen? I certainly would not have said, "Why, I'll be in Oz!" if you'd ever asked me, "Where are you gonna be in 2008, anyway?"
